Full description
Composed of 2 specific foams adapted to the ultrasound sensor, 1 blue in the upper part to symbolise the sea, 1 black to symbolise the continental crust and the ocean crust.
Using the ultrasound sensor, the characteristic form of the passive margins is highlighted due to the listric faults and the build up of sediment during the expansion process.
When the measurement using the dedicated software built into the Atelier Scientifique is complete, the student removes the cover from the model and makes the link with the profile obtained.
