Characteristics Freeaze-dried powder.
Extract of Aspergillus niger
which contains about 75% of proteins. May contains traces of amylase, maltase, glycogenase,invertase and galactose oxydase.
Activity : 100 000 to 150 000 units per gram. One unit oxidizes 10-6 mole of ß-D glucose in D gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide per minute at 5,1 pH and 35 °C ; the activity may go so far as to double in a reactive environment saturated in oxygen. Keep in the fridge (< 5 °C).
