Full description The study of gas exchanges in animals, plants and in human beings leads to show the production of CO₂ .

In addition to a detection using the lime water test, it is from now on possible to simply measure the production of carbon dioxide in real time.

Without calibration, this probe allows a relative quantitative approach which induces the notion of CO₂ release during respiration.

Thanks to a simple test (for example, by performing 2 successive acquisitions with a different number of yellow mealworms), the pupil find the relation between the animal and the production of CO₂.
